30 YEARS EXPERIENCE

Before becoming a licensed Marriage and Family therapist, Betty worked in the Juvenile and Abuse and Neglect Courts. In addition, she ran support groups for teenagers, women, and couples.

THE CENTER

It is our mission to help people become more connected to themselves, others, and God. As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, the goal is to focus your time together on systems therapy. Systems therapy works with relationships and cycles of interactions between people. During our sessions, we will delve into areas in your life that may be affecting your relationships and interactions with others.

Betty taught me the step-by-step process of how my belief system effects my anxiety. She provided me with tools to help relieve and navigate through my feelings of anxiety during an anxious episode or panic attack.
